Advanced VOC Control Technology

The Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) is designed to destroy volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) generated from industrial processes.
It converts harmful gases into CO₂ and H₂O thM rough high-temperature oxidation while recovering heat to significantly reduce operating costs.

 

Working Principle of RTO

 

The RTO system operates based on regenerative heat exchange using ceramic media.

Exhaust Gas Inlet

VOC-laden air enters the system through the inlet duct.

Heat Storage & Preheating

The gas passes through ceramic beds that store heat from previous cycles.

Thermal Oxidation

In the combustion chamber, VOCs are oxidized at 760–850°C.

Heat Recovery & Discharge

Clean hot gas transfers heat back to the ceramic media before being released.

Automatic Valve Switching
