The zeolite rotary concentrator adsorption unit uses a continuous three-step temperature-varying cycle of adsorption–desorption–concentration to concentrate low-concentration, large-volume valuable exhaust gases into a smaller-volume, higher-concentration gas stream. This equipment is suitable for treating large air volumes with low concentrations and multiple valuable components.
By rotating the wheel, adsorption and desorption processes and the concentration operation are carried out simultaneously on the wheel. The incoming valuable exhaust is adsorbed and purified in the wheel's adsorption zone at ambient temperature and then discharged to the atmosphere.
